Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems.

The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and CMMS-based recordkeeping to ensure safe, compliant, and fully operational facilities for members and guests. Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building engineering, with Boiler Operator and EPA CFC/HVAC

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• 3–4 years of facilities/building maintenance or engineering experience.
• Boiler Operator / Stationary Engineer license (state-specific).
• EPA CFC / HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems.
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS.
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience.
