Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer in California to inspect, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boilers, and pool systems.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upholding safety and compliance in a recreational facility. Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in facilities maintenance with relevant certifications and experience in building engineering.

Formación

• Experience working with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler, and pool systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation of building systems
• Monitor and maintain water chemistry, filtration, and temperature controls for recreational pools
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including fire and life safety systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform emergency repairs as needed
• Maintain detailed records of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Support overall facility appearance and functionality to enhance member and guest experience
