Responsibilities include completing work orders, monitoring systems, and assisting with refurbishments while maintaining a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of general building maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or vocational training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete minor work orders such as ceiling tile replacement and light repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment readiness for the next shift.
• Monitor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for proper operation.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas and follow safety procedures.
