Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• May require facility maintenance, electrical and/or painting experience depending on assignment.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility tidy.
• Walk the garage daily to identify maintenance issues and address them.
• Sweep and clean entrances, exits, rails, and restrooms; empty trash receptacles.
• Replace bulbs and report repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Operate sweepers, scrubbers and other equipment as directed.
