Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per checklists to keep all areas free of dirt and debris.
• Inspect garage daily to identify and fix maintenance problems.
• Sweep around entrances, exits, rails, and office areas; empty trashcans.
• Paint surfaces as directed to keep them neat and clean.
• Replace burned out bulbs; manage oil spill cleanup.
• Submit repair or maintenance requests; coordinate with facility manager.
• Check safety items like gate arms for proper clearance.
• Monitor ticket spitters and gates for proper operations and accuracy.
• Provide ticket counters to the Manager and maintain inventory of janitorial supplies.
• Operate and maintain equipment like sweepers and lawn tools as applicable.
• Shovel or plow snow from ramps and designated areas as directed.
