Wow Toyota of Wallingford in Wallingford, CT is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to ensure smooth facility operations. You will handle routine maintenance, coordinate external vendors, and support safety and compliance across the building and grounds.

You will prioritize tasks, document work orders, and help manage inventory and safety programs while collaborating with staff and contractors to keep the site well-maintained and safe.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in facilities maintenance or a related hands-on role.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to keep facilities in safe, working order.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize/work orders across the site.
• Diagnose basic issues and decide when to repair in-house or outsource.
• Coordinate and schedule outside vendors for specialized maintenance.
• Maintain relationships with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and cleaning vendors.
• Track maintenance activities and document work orders and services.
