Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in general maintenance or facilities support.
• Experience coordinating or supervising external vendors is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance, including basic repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and facility-related issues.
• Diagnose minor maintenance problems and determine when to perform repairs in-house versus outsourcing.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee outside vendors and contractors for maintenance needs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors providing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and cleaning services.
• Ensure building systems and common areas are kept in safe, clean condition.
• Track and document maintenance activities and vendor services.
