Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• Experience in commercial property management, skilled trades or construction.
• Proficient with basic computer applications such as PowerPoint, MS Office and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and future planned work for departments and secure materials.
• Oversee outsourced maintenance and vendor coordination to avoid interruptions.
• Assist with ordering materials, services and equipment and ensure paperwork is in order.
• Assist in creating annual operating and capital budgets for real estate and care sites.
