Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure safety and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supervisors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and drive staff development.
• Oversee building maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs using CMMS for scheduling and asset tracking.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in budget development, processing invoices, and managing maintenance expenditures.
• Plan short- and long-term maintenance and capital improvement initiatives.
