Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee building and grounds operations to ensure safe, clean, and accessible facilities.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train assigned staff; support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and emergency preparedness standards.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance for facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist with facility planning, renovations, and construction projects; monitor vendor/contractor performance.
• Manage day-to-day custodial work, including landscaping, snow removal, and event support.
• Support budget management, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and reporting systems.
