Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support for the maintenance department. The role involves maintaining records, processing documents, answering calls, and coordinating with vendors and staff to ensure timely work orders.

Under supervision, you will manage inventory, assist in budgeting, prepare reports, and help keep SOPs up to date. A high school diploma and a Texas driver’s license are required, with 1–2 years of related experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical or business coursework is desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in a facility/maintenance setting preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains departmental records, logs and files; answers and directs calls and questions.
• Prepares reports and correspondence.
• Maintains keys and supplies for the maintenance department.
• Submits purchasing requests and tracks work orders/purchase orders.
• Assists in budgeting and project tracking via the organization’s portal.
• Delivers meeting minutes for the Maintenance Department and related groups.
• Updates policies and SOPs as directed by supervisors.
