The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A valid TX driver’s license is required for site access and vendor visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in facility/maintenance.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports for the Department.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Type correspondence: reports, forms, schedules, etc.
