Job summary

Osseo Area School District ISD 279 is seeking a maintenance worker to support district facilities by installing, repairing locks and building hardware; performing carpentry tasks; maintaining grounds and equipment.

You will complete work orders, coordinate small construction projects, and ensure secure key access and hardware across district facilities. Collaboration with other trades is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least two years experience with commercial carpentry, master keying systems, and door hardware installation/repair.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair locks and building hardware.
• Complete work orders as assigned.
• Coordinate and execute small construction projects.
• Perform carpentry-related tasks across district facilities.
• Determine key access levels and oversee key security program.
• Develop material lists and estimate costs for jobs.
