Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Analyze trends and use data to anticipate issues in the client environment.
• Interface with client senior management, vendors, and internal teams across the organization.
• Prepare budgets and regular/ad-hoc reports.
• Conduct planned inspections to assure service quality and adherence to standards.
• Hold vendors accountable and drive continuous service quality improvements.
