Job summary

Emory University in Oxford, AL is seeking a Manager of Facilities to lead the overall operations and maintenance of the campus. You will ensure compliance with codes and university guidelines, develop and manage the Oxford campus maintenance program, and implement operational strategies using in-house trades, service contracts, and contracted vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8 years facilities experience, including 5 years supervisory.
• Knowledge of building trade operations, HVAC, generators, and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and develop budgets.
• Valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Experience with KPI reporting and data analysis.
• In-person work requirement; no remote option.

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance staff.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to track service levels.
• Perform related duties as required.
