Job summary

Emory University is seeking a Facilities Manager for the Law School to oversee daily operations, lead infrastructure projects, and ensure compliant maintenance of all facilities and grounds on campus.

The role requires five years of facilities and budget management experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and will involve coordinating renovations, managing the department budget, and supervising Campus Services staff. Work is performed in-person at Emory's Atlanta campus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational and maintenance activities of the Law School and provide leadership for management and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal protocols/policies and supervise Campus Services relationships for maintenance of facilities and grounds.
• Coordinate and manage renovation and construction projects of varying scale and manage departmental budget and productivity targets.
• Manage safety and facility compliance programs and plan/reconcile departmental budget.
• Oversee contract management for on-site security, mail and copy services, and other outsourced services; manage events-related operations.
