Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to oversee maintenance across fulfillment and manufacturing centers. You will lead advanced troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and improvements to motor controls, conveyors, and building systems.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with facility technicians and operations to minimize downtime while ensuring operational readiness and compliance with NEC

Competenze

• Advanced mechanical troubleshooting across conveyors, manufacturing, and building systems.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting and NEC-compliant practices.
• Expertise with PLCs, VFDs, Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and I/O devices.
• Strong fabrication skills to support repairs and modifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn CMMS and graphical interfaces.

• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical problems in facility and equipment.
• Lead and collaborate with Facility Technicians and Operations to prioritize repairs.
• Communicate repair status and maintenance priorities to stakeholders to reduce downtime.
• Ensure reliable operation of fulfillment and manufacturing assets to support on-time orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, manufacturing gear, and PIT equipment.
• Maintain building systems, grounds, and safety compliance.
