Job summary

AV is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Utah to oversee maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure. You will manage a staff, respond to on-call issues, and work with Facilities Manager to meet budgets and space utilization.

This role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma, 5-7 years in facilities, and leadership experience are required; a bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in facilities role required.
• Experience leading a team of facilities staff.
• Strong budgeting and purchasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24/7 on-call support for all facility matters.
• Manage capital expenditures with Facilities Manager.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee work orders and vendor coordination.
• Lead and develop facilities staff through evaluations.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance.
