Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in a Facilities department role or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of supervisory leadership experience.
• Experience with budgets and expense management.
• Hands-on maintenance in electrical, painting, plumbing, carpentry, roofing.
• Strong teamwork and scheduling abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Utah driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provides 24/7 on-call support for facility matters.
• Directs facilities staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborates with Facilities Manager to optimize space utilization.
• Monitors and meets budget goals; oversees capital expenditures.
• Ensures compliance with building codes, safety orders, OSHA.
• Manages the Facilities Work Order process.
• Partners with Safety and Insurance teams on safety issues.
• Performs audits to ensure safety compliance; conducts annual evaluations.
