Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in facility/building maintenance or construction.
• Experience with hand tools and construction machinery.
• Trade school training or equivalent background in mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• This job involves a wide variety of skilled maintenance/construction duties with independent project handling.
• Provide technical consultation, develop project plans, and prepare related estimates.
• Build, fabricate, or repair structures and equipment from drawings or verbal instructions.
• Weld, solder, braze, grind, and fabricate using various materials.
• Paint, finish, and refinish wood, metal, and other surfaces.
• Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and cleaning.
