Job summary

The International Institute of St. Louis is hiring a Facilities & IT Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO. The role supports the Operations Team across facilities and IT, with evening hours on Monday and Tuesday and occasional weekend work.

You will troubleshoot tech issues, manage devices, assist with events, and coordinate vendor service calls. Requirements include a high school diploma (associate or bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in facilities, operations, or admin support, with a

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years preferred in facilities/operations/maintenance or admin support.
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and general maintenance is preferred.
Customer service mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced social services environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as Front Desk Receptionist for evening hours and weekends as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues.
Provide IT support via phone, email, remote, and in person; back up IT Manager when needed.
Coordinate service calls with vendors to maintain building systems and equipment.
Assist with event setup/tear down and provide A/V support for events.
Order and maintain inventory of building supplies; light maintenance tasks.
