Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking an IT Coordinator for the Enterprise Center in St. Louis to support POS terminals, kiosks, printers, and back-of-house systems during events.

You will ensure device readiness, provide real-time support, and coordinate small IT deployments across the venue. The role serves as the first point of contact for IT incidents and tracks assets, maintaining inventories of devices while collaborating with venue teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting POS terminals and payment hardware.
• Ability to perform pre-event technology checks.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-traffic environments during events.
• Must be able to stand and lift up to 25–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support POS terminals, kiosks, handheld devices, printers, and kitchen display systems.
• Perform pre-event technology checks (POS connectivity, device readiness, network stability, printer functionality).
• Provide real-time event support during Blues games, concerts, and special events, escalating issues quickly to keep stands operational.
• Coordinate post-event shutdowns, device resets, and incident documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, logging and prioritizing issues.
• Track device lifecycle from deployment through repair, replacement, or decommissioning.
• Assist managers and stand leads with basic troubleshooting and access issues.
