Job summary

The International Institute of St. Louis is seeking a Donation Support Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO to oversee the In-Kind Donation Program and coordinate with departments to fulfill donation needs. You will support volunteers and engage with community partners to secure resources for clients and programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and community members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the In-Kind Donation Program and coordinate with departments to track needs.
• Maintain records of in-kind donations and provide data for reports.
• Assist with coordinating In-Kind Donation Program volunteers.
• Engage with community partners to solicit new donations and organize drives.
• Support Corporate/Community Engagement activities and agency events.
