Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee facilities and infrastructure projects. You will plan and execute capital projects, manage budgets, schedules, and external contractors to maintain a safe, functional working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facilities and infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing capital projects and operational budgets.
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance, and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and facility management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and completion of facilities and infrastructure projects, including renovations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for all assigned projects.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed to quality standards, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure all facilities projects comply with health, safety, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and potential project opportunities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to management and relevant stakeholders.
