You will collaborate with developers, engineers, lawyers, accountants, and boards to coordinate bidding, contracts, budgets, and reporting. Housed in the Capital Infrastructure and Facilities Management Department, the role emphasizes organization, communication, and financial awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in project management, coordination, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong Excel, documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer public bidding processes and contract documents.
• Track, analyze, and report on project budgets and funding.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and project closeout.
