Job summary

Placements24 leads infrastructure projects in the George region, seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and close-out of critical development initiatives. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and authorities.

Hybrid role with on-site oversight and remote administration, requiring strong regulatory and stakeholder navigation. A Civil/Construction background with 5+ years of PM experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive project management experience in construction or infra development.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, tracking expenses.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and data analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of infrastructure projects from scoping to close-out.
• Develop detailed project plans with WBS, scheduling, and resource allocation for construction activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; address deviations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, local government officials, and community stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Oversee risk assessment and safety compliance.
