Job summary

careers-centralhealth is seeking a Project Manager I to drive successful delivery of assigned projects from initiation to close. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications to meet client expectations and strategic goals.

Hybrid work is available; candidates will coordinate with staff, technical teams, and external partners, prepare documents, reports, and transitions to operations, ensuring value realization and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification is required.
• Experience: 4+ years coordinating with customers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Manages project assignments and ensures delivery within budget, schedule, and project scope.
• Develops documentation to define and support a project’s business needs, including business cases, requirements, scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Analyzes complex problems by evaluating data factors to develop solutions.
• Schedules, coordinates, and leads meetings with customers and technical teams to define business needs and resolve blockers.
• Obtains and evaluates Statements of Work (SOW) and implementation plans from external vendors and business units.
• Develops and presents project business cases or charters to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Monitors contracting processes and coordination with legal per project needs.
• Develops and manages detailed project plans, schedules, activities, and milestones.
• Creates and manages project schedules and coordinates resource scheduling.
• Develops, tracks, and reports on project KPIs.
• Coordinates project kickoffs and ensures proper involvement of customers and technical resources.
• Identifies resource needs and maintains a resource plan.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership, ensuring ongoing communication of progress.
