Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support day-to-day project management activities for a portfolio of projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.

Essential qualifications include 5–7 years of related experience, budget tracking, and strong communication skills. A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management is preferred, with relevant certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent mix of experience/education/military
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Understanding of business relocation, construction, and renovation project requirements
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risks related to budget, scope, and logistics.
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs.
• Interact with contractors and subcontractors to manage delivery.
• Prepare/update project status reports and financial tracking files.
