College Internship Program (CIP) in Lee, MA seeks a National Facilities Manager to lead on-campus housing and facilities operations across MA and FL. This full-time role reports to the Director of Finance and Business Operations and ensures safe, well-maintained environments for students and staff.

The job requires long hours, occasional weekends, minimal travel, and high physical demand. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience is required for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience in housing and facilities management.
• Experience overseeing student housing and building operations across multiple locations is preferred.
• Ability to travel and operate varied equipment is required.
• Strong logistical and budgeting skills are essential.
• CDL certification or ability to obtain one is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations of on-campus student housing and facilities.
• Act as primary contact for property and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee leasing activity for CIP properties and external parties.
• Lead facility maintenance staff and ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Regular on-site reviews of CIP facilities and housing.
• Restrict access controls monitoring and safety system integration.
