Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Live-In Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and security of a school campus, while residing in a campus-provided residence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, managing preventative maintenance, emergencies after hours, custodial operations, and coordination with contractors to keep the campus safe and functional for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical equipment, carpentry, building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot multiple building systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of campus buildings, grounds, and mechanical spaces.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate vendors for facility issues.
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate outside contractors and capital projects.
• Ensure OSHA and local building code compliance.
