Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) invites applications for a Live-In Facility Manager at a campus in Greenwich, CT. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, and security while residing in a school-provided residence on campus.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to respond to emergencies after hours, oversee custodial staff, coordinate contractors, and maintain all building systems to support a safe, welcoming educational environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and life-safety.
• Ability to troubleshoot multiple building systems and coordinate contractors.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of campus buildings, grounds, and mechanical spaces.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire alarms, life-safety, and BMS.Complete preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate emergency vendors as needed.
• Supervise custodial personnel and ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate outside contractors for repairs or capital projects and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain maintenance logs and track inventory; assist budgeting and forecasting.
