Job summary

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a Live-In Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day campus operations, safety, and maintenance from a residence on site. You will be the primary on-site facilities representative ensuring a safe, functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency response after hours, custodial supervision, vendor coordination, and compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of building maintenance or facilities experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of all campus buildings, grounds, and mechanical spaces.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire alarm, life safety, and building automation systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine repairs to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility issues or coordinate specialized vendors when necessary.
• Maintain campus appearance by ensuring buildings and grounds remain clean, safe, and operational.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from faculty, staff, and administration.
• Serve as the primary on-site emergency contact outside normal business hours.
• Coordinate emergency vendors when needed.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting maintenance needs.
