Job summary

Grand Canyon University is seeking a full-time Facilities Service Center Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will provide front line customer service, handle calls from students and staff, assist with work management system issues, and create or update work orders in iWMS.

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with Facility and Operations Management principles preferred.
Demonstrated customer service experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups.
Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Serve as front line customer service representative and main phone responder for general and emergency calls.
Answer, screen and route calls from students, employees, and contractors promptly.
Assist users with troubleshooting and work management system guidance.
Interact with customers, listening actively to analyze and resolve issues over the phone.
Input and create work orders in the Integrated Work Management System (iWMS).
Record and update work orders as needed; manage data uploads in iWMS.
