Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and grounds per community objectives.
• Operate, maintain and repair facility equipment per safety programs.
• Respond to work orders, including after-hours on-call rotation.
• Inspect public areas and apartments to ensure standards.
• Follow EPA, health and safety procedures for HVAC and pools.
