Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift a minimum of 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies may be required.
• Ability to embody Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs facility equipment per health, safety, and OSHA guidelines.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments to ensure maintenance standards.
• Follows EPA, city, state, federal procedures for pool/spa maintenance and record-keeping.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
