Job summary

The Cardinal Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Member (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while maximizing residents’ living experience. You will resolve resident maintenance issues quickly and expertly, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include maintaining facilities and grounds, responding to work orders (including after-hours on-call), inspecting public areas and apartments, and ensuring EPA and health requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Weekend work and on-call emergencies must be available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds according to community objectives.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs facility equipment following safety programs and policies.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call rotation.
• Inspects public areas and apartments to ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Follows EPA and health procedures for pools, spas, and equipment.
• Keeps storage areas and tools secure; participates in Cardinal U training.
