Qualifications

• 3+ years in building/grounds maintenance including troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and repairs facilities’ heating/AC, plumbing, lighting systems; schedules preventive maintenance.
• Performs janitorial duties daily or weekly as needed (sweeping, cleaning, restocking).
• Snow removal via shoveling/plowing as needed.
• Grounds upkeep: mowing, trimming, planting.
• Paints or performs cosmetic changes as requested.
• Labels and stores hazardous materials; maintains SDS.
• Provides documentation as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
