Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Minnesota facility in Zumbrota. You will perform building and grounds maintenance, execute repairs, and ensure compliance with GMP, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Two years of building and grounds maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
Special Boilers License preferred, with working towards 1B Boilers License.

Responsibilities

Complete building maintenance work orders in a safe and timely manner with high quality standards (plumbing, painting, welding, masonry, carpentry).
Perform routine inspections to ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning.
Document repairs and required information clearly and in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain grounds and grounds equipment.
Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, and address problems.
Maintain communication with other departments and notify of issues.
