Job summary

Eventide on 8th in Moorhead, MN is seeking a Full-Time Facilities / Maintenance Technician to support building and grounds upkeep, basic repairs, and service calls under the Facilities Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and prior maintenance experience. Schedule includes varied weekdays, hours, weekends and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Prior experience in working in or around maintenance departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds; perform repairs and service calls as needed.
• Monitor and maintain Direct Digital Control systems for HVAC efficiency.
• Use the CMMS work order system to track assignments and update status.
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility assets.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant rooms/apartments for new residents.
• Monitor projects by outside contractors and report to Facilities Manager.
• Report any damages or unusual occurrences to Eventide property.
