Job summary

Green Thumb in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the upkeep of our facility and equipment. You will support the Maintenance Manager with routine and preventative maintenance, basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical tasks, and general cleaning to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

The ideal candidate is well-rounded, able to work independently or in a team, and committed to high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment.
• Assist in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed.
• Maintain repair inventory and complete work orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory policies.
