Job summary

Adams MultiMedia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Princeton, MN production facility. This role requires hands-on maintenance of buildings and equipment, with responsibilities spanning routine upkeep, records, and event setup.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus 2+ years of maintenance experience (HVAC preferred), and strong communication and multitasking abilities. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
Completion of a private, military or trade school training program that includes theory and on-the-job work is desirable but not required.
At least two years of verifiable experience maintaining building interiors and exteriors; HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide general and detailed maintenance, including repairs or replacements as required.
Perform routine facility and equipment maintenance (press and post press).
Assist with general office work related to work requests and ordering of supplies.
Maintain and inspect facilities and equipment; keep accurate records and follow the work request system.
Oversee events setup and breakdown, returning spaces to normal state on schedule.
