• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas and facilities.
• Replace bulbs and service lighting and electrical equipment as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
