Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Ability to work tactfully with residents, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shift or area.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services during routine tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is properly stored.
• Attend meetings and complete daily work assignments as directed.
