Qualifications

• Four years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid experience in building maintenance or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs and replacements of walls, floors, doors and frames using hand and power tools.
• Masonry repairs including cement work and patching.
• Inspect, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, drains, and water systems.
• Repair and replace lighting, switches and wiring; assist in electrical work.
• Maintain facility grounds and surrounding structures; keep areas safe and clean.
• Adapt to varied daily tasks and provide general facilities support.
• Perform other duties as required.
