Qualifications

• Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in building maintenance or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Substitution: college/university or vocational training may substitute for up to four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry repairs and replacements of walls, floors, doors, and window frames.
• Masonry repair including cement work and finishing.
• Inspect, install, and repair plumbing fixtures and water systems.
• Repair and replace lighting fixtures, wiring, and electrical components.
• Maintain facility grounds and surrounding areas for safety and aesthetics.
• Adapt to varied daily assignments and provide general facility support.
