Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Up to 18 months vocational/technical training or equivalent.
• Experience with commercial and/or residential cleaning and general trades maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist trades specialists with maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and related skills.
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior of university buildings and facilities.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow established safety procedures.
• Receive and communicate work orders; coordinate with supervisors and managers for timely maintenance.
• Assist with painting and surface preparation as needed.
