Job summary

The Property Management Company Inc is seeking a Porter to maintain clean and safe facilities across our properties in Texas. You will perform housekeeping, landscape and light maintenance tasks, assisting the maintenance team with painting and work orders as needed.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are important. Computer literacy is required to document tasks and coordinate with the team.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
