Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC seeks a dependable Porter to maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community in Texas. You will keep public areas neat, assist with pool maintenance, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to read and write in English, and a professional, customer-service mindset. Training and safety guidelines are provided, and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; however, ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas to keep them clean and attractive, including sidewalks and furniture.
• Clean and maintain the pool area daily and assist with vacant unit make-ready tasks.
• Handle trash and dumpster areas, deliver resident notices, and assist maintenance staff as needed.
