Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned areas and shifts.
• Report accidents or incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services in resident areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, facilities, and equipment as directed.
• Perform lighting replacements and basic repairs per approved procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow safety protocols.
