Job summary

Reo Vista Healthcare Center is seeking a Maintenance Worker to preserve the grounds, facility, and equipment in safe, efficient condition. You will follow maintenance schedules, respond to incidents, and coordinate with nursing staff during routine tasks to ensure resident comfort and safety.

This role requires a minimum 10th grade education, strong safety awareness, and the ability to perform both routine and repair duties across plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that maintenance schedules are followed as outlined for respective shift or area.
• Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor they may be.
• Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc., as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
